1. What Is a Juul?
Released by Pax Labs in 2017, Juul is an electronic cigarette or vape pod system that was designed to help people transition from smoking to vaping by providing an experience that is similar to smoking an actual cigarette.
The Juul device is battery-operated and is used with disposable nicotine salt e-juice filled cartridges, called Juul Pods, which are available in a wide variety of different flavors.
2. How Much Does Juul Cost?
Juul is most commonly sold as a Starter Kit. Typically the Juul Starter Kit includes the Juul device, two Juul Pods, and a magnetic micro USB charging dock.
Currently, the Juul Starter Kit can be purchased directly from Juul’s website for $49.99; however, this is one of the more expensive places to buy a Juul. The same Juul Starter Kit can be purchased here at eJuice Deals for just $39.99, which is over 20% cheaper!

3. How Much Nicotine is in a Juul Pod?
A standard Juul Pod is filled with 0.7ml of e-liquid and contains approximately 5% nicotine by volume. This is equivalent to the amount of nicotine contained in 20 cigarettes.
4. How Long Does a Juul Take to Charge?
When the Juul battery is completely empty, it will typically take 45 to 60 minutes to fully recharge.
How to Charge a Juul
To recharge your Juul, simply place the base of the device vertically onto the magnetic Juul charger that was included with your purchase. Once the battery level indicator light on the device becomes green, this means your Juul has reached high charge.
5. How to Use a Juul for the First Time
One of the biggest selling points of Juul is that it is incredibly simple. As such, the setup is very easy.
The first thing you should do when setting up your Juul for the first time is to confirm that your Juul Starter Kit includes all the proper components:
1x Juul Device
2x Juul Pods
1x Magnetic Juul Charging Base
1x Micro USB Power Cable
Next, check that your Juul is fully charged. Once fully charged, remove one of the two Juul Pods from the enclosed packaging and insert into the top of the Juul device.

7. How Long Does a Juul Pod Last?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions about the Juul. According to Juul, a Juul Pod is designed to deliver an average of 200 puffs, which is the equivalent to approximately 20 packs of cigarettes.
Please note that this is the average amount of puffs for a typical user. Higher frequencies of usage over a shorter period of time may result in fewer puffs delivered.
8. Can You Refill Juul Pods?
This question is often provided several different answers. While some insist that Juul vape pods are refillable, and there are even videos online that show you tips on how to refill Juul pods, officially Juul Pods are not classified as refillable.
Technically, they can be refilled, but that doesn’t mean it’s worth doing...
In order to “refill a Juul pod”, you have to remove a tiny rubber cap that prevents the juice from leaking, fill the pod with a syringe, then securely seal the pod with the rubber cap (not easy at all… and hopefully you didn’t lose it). Once you’ve managed to do these things, there’s still a chance that you didn’t do it quite right, which creates the potential risk of leakage. Leaks can be messy, annoying, and can even damage your device.
After all that effort, it might be easier to just buy a new pack of vape pods.
9. How Long is the Juul Warranty?
Important: Please note that the information following this message was written solely for informative purposes and it may not contain the most current and/or accurate information about Juul's Warranty. For the most accurate description of Juul's warranty, you are strongly advised to review the updated Warranty which can be found within the footer of Juul.com.
JUUL provides a 2-year warranty from the date you purchase the device. The warranty covers any issues with the materials and design within those two years. Damage that is caused due to the device coming into contact with moisture is not covered, including water, rain, or even extreme humidity. The warranty will also not cover issues that have occurred due to environmental conditions such as sand or dirt.
The device is designed to last far longer than the 2-year limited warranty that the company provides. However, if you do need to dispose of the device, it is important to note that it isn’t disposable by typical standards. Instead, it should be treated as a consumer electronic device. Due to this, it must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations, usually at a waste collection point.
