As of October 21, 2021, the government has made it illegal to ship vaping products with USPS. Unfortunately that was the main carrier we used to service our customers. To service as many of our customer as possible, we are now using local carriers which may not cover the same regions as USPS once did. We are working on expanding our coverage to as many regions as possible in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Domestic Shipping and Processing
We here at eJuice Deals place a strong emphasis on order processing and shipping time, and we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours, and our goal is to have all orders placed by 2pm Central Standard Time shipped out the same day.
Any orders placed Friday after 3pm CST, Saturday or Sunday, will not be picked up by a local carrier until the next business day. You may receive a shipping confirmation email over the weekend, but this simply means your order was processed and will ship out the following business day and begin tracking.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST.
Note: We do not process orders on weekends or during major holidays. If your order is placed during any of these days, it will be processed the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.
All domestic shipping is handled by local carriers, and all orders shipped usually take anywhere from 5-14 business days to arrive at their destination, depending on certain factors, such as relative location, holidays, and weekends.*
We charge a flat $14.00 fee for shipping on all orders under $100, but orders over $100 (after any discounts) ship for free.
This shipping fee includes an adult signature required ($6) and $8 covers the transit cost.
*This new requirement is to ensure that the order is going to a person 21 years of age or older as is mandated by the PACT ACT.

eJuice Deals follows all federal & state laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipping of e-cigarette products. We use AgeChecker for age verification purposes and manually approve any flagged orders with proof of valid ID.

Note: Even though local carriers offer very reliable, expedient service, delays and errors may occur. eJuice Deals is not responsible for any type of error or delay caused by local shipping services.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
No. Unfortunately, you cannot make any such changes once your order is processed. All sales are final.
If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to sender. Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender we can issue a refund only for the goods not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
Damaged Items/Missing Items
If you have received a damaged or there is a missing item, please reach out within the first 48 hours of receiving your package. Please inspect all of your items upon delivery.
Undelivered, lost or stolen packages
If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to our support team at Support@ejuice.deals for further investigation.
Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.
If a shipment has been marked RTS by the carrier for failed attempts we can only issue a refund for the product and not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
Why can’t you ship orders to me anymore?
The government has made it illegal to ship any vaping products with USPS, which was our primary method to ship orders. Unfortunately, our other carrier options may not be able to deliver to your region. Right now we are working to expand our serviceable zip codes in the coming weeks and months.
