I've not had any issues with the flavor or hit of the nic salts.,.just becoming impatient on the availability of the product.

only took 10 days to get but like the fact i could get the flavor i wanted. love the fogers brand and how long they last. next time will just drive to michigan tho because can have product in hand and it's cheaper and the juice is completely full.
I ordered 4 total bottles of juice from you guys in a not recent order. You only sent me 2 of one of the flavors. You never sent the other 2. I've called your "customer" service number multiple times. It's a voice mail that you never respond back to. I've emailed probably 5 or 6 times and can't get any response from email either. I paid for 4 bottles you sent 2 and won't tell me when I can expect the rest or a refund. That's being a thief! If you don't have something in stock don't allow it to be ordered and you don't have customer service so why post a number and email. I've been a loyal customer for years and that's how you reward loyalty. I can't purchase from you guys ever again because now I know if there is a problem that there is no one I can reach out to have it taken care of.
